Before we start touring homes together, Oklahoma requires what's called a touring Agreement. This simply gives us permission to show you properties and confirms that we're the agents working with you during those showings. It doesn’t lock you into a long-term contract — it’s just a way to keep things fair and professional while we’re out looking at homes. Buyer Broker Agreement
